About Sole Purpose
Sole Purpose utilizes the body-centered methodology developed by Beverlee Garb – Somatic Cellular Release (SCR) – to help people like you access the ‘truth about your past’ through your cellular memory. Once the ‘truth about your past’ is made accessible, it becomes an invaluable tool to knowing and living a life of purpose. It is our intention to illustrate that the body holds all of your past memories and trauma and that, if these memories and traumas are not released, they will block your efforts at life purpose manifestation and will threaten your physical and emotional health. It is only through accessing these memories that you will be able to accept and grieve the truth about your childhood. Once this acceptance and grieving is allowed to take place, your childhood wounds move aside to make room for your life purpose.
Sole Purpose is based on the understanding that many people (especially those who experienced trauma as a child) are not “adults.” While they may look like adults, they are comprised of many different ages which have not had the chance to heal and which are not capable of concepts such as responsibility, forgiveness or letting go. The success of the methodology rests on its understanding that, if a person is asked to forgive, they will override the truth of what they actually feel; however, if allowed to go through their full range of emotions, they typically come to a place of inner forgiveness for themselves, first, and for others, second. In this self-forgiveness, they are able to access their Core Self – the Self that knows their life purpose.
